Using the latest technology in laser scanning, 3D scanner of high resolutions, three-dimensional digital shapes of marine propellers are accurately recorded, independent of material and dimensions, allowing our technicians unlimited work all over the world.
The result of the scan accurately shows the geometry of the scanned propeller surface, discrepancies, bumps and lumps on the propeller blade, which allows our experienced technicians to analyze it.
By displaying the 3D surface of each blade, the deviations of the propeller itself are very precisely determined based on the tolerance according to the ISO 484/2 standard.
We can also see the propeller blade thickness and volume, which allows us to know the weight of each individual propeller blade.
This is very important information because we know if the propeller is well balanced, which is one of the causes of vibration.

The conventional method used today in shipyards, which is to remove the propeller from the shafts, has been replaced by this technology, and by using it we save time and money, since the scanning is done on site.
